How it works

From the punch-in to payroll, without the operational chaos.

Five stages, one employee record. Nothing gets exported to a spreadsheet and typed back in — the number you bill traces back to the punch it came from.

01Onboard

Bulk import and employee codes

Candidates come in by bulk upload, employee codes are generated, and documents are collected against a checklist — so a worker is payroll-ready before their first shift, not after their first month.

Attendance from the floor

Punch-in data arrives from the field, and regularisation and leave requests route to the assigned reporting manager. Supervisors clear them in one queue rather than over messages.

03Verify

Approvals before processing

Attendance, leave and travel claims are approved on the same record payroll reads. Nothing enters a salary run that hasn't been signed off by someone accountable for it.

04Process

Payroll with statutory applied

Salary is processed against approved attendance, with PF, ESI and professional tax applied from the wage master for each employee's own state and city — not a single blended rule.

05Release & bill

Payslips out, invoices raised

Verified payroll is released to employees as payslips and bank sheets, and the matching client invoice is raised against the right purchase order in the same cycle.

payslips → NEFT → PO invoice
The difference

Same workforce, one fewer system to trust.

Before PayEaze
Attendance kept in a spreadsheet, re-typed into payroll at month-end
Regularisations chased over messages, not routed anywhere accountable
One blended rule for PF, ESI and PT, corrected after a filing goes wrong
Headcount tracked in payroll, purchase orders tracked in finance
Invoices rebuilt by hand from what was actually worked
Three or four systems, none of them agreeing by month-end
With PayEaze
Attendance approved once, read straight into the payroll run
Regularisation and leave requests routed to a reporting manager
PF, ESI and PT applied per state and city wage master, as configuration
Employees mapped to purchase orders, flagged before payroll if they aren't
Invoices raised from the payroll run that was actually processed
One employee record, read by every module, every cycle
